These terms and conditions govern all pilgrim tours and travel services provided by iDestiny Travel. By booking a pilgrimage with us, you agree to abide by these terms, which are designed to ensure the safety, sanctity, and integrity of your spiritual journey.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including extreme weather or safety concerns.
3. Safety & Insurance
Participants are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability. We provide a list of recommended insurers for your pilgrimage. iDestiny Travel is not liable for any damages arising from personal illness or injury.
4. Religious & Cultural Sensitivity
We respect the sacred nature of religious sites. Participants must adhere to local customs and dress codes at all times. Any violation of cultural norms may result in the immediate removal from the tour group. We are not responsible for any actions taken by pilgrims outside the group.
5. Liability & Disclaimers
iDestiny Travel is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. We recommend that all participants carry their own travel insurance and medical equipment. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
